I have been working at a very exclusive high end spa for over 2 years. I am extremely passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and I believe that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. I always work to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. My style combines a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage. In addition to massage I am also licensed in Cupping and Medical Massage.
