I am a nationally and Virginia state certified massage therapist. I studied massage at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College where I learned Swedish massage techniques as well as oriental bodywork. Before I became a massage therapist I had received my Reiki attunements and I channel this energy during my work.
I firmly believe in the use of massage for healing, pain relief, and speeding recovery. Through my exploration of the healing arts I have also taken interest in sound healing using a planetary tuning fork set and crystal singing bowls. I have worked in several spa settings in the past and I specialize in Swedish massage with the ability to go deep when needed. When I am not doing massage I’m out hiking or riding my bicycle in the hills of Virginia. I am happy to be a part of Dr. Dot’s team and hope to work with you soon.
