Massage in Fort Dodge, Iowa, USA

Email me at info@drdot.com and put "Jenny/Iowa" in the subject line to reach me fastest.

Hello my name is Jenny, I live in Northwest Iowa in Fort Dodge, the Des Moines River runs right through it. We also host the high school State softball tournaments in Iowa.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2005. I take great pride in my clientele base, ranging from deep tissue, stretching, repetitive use therapies and reflexology. With very little “fluff” in my technique. My passion and dedication has driven me to be the best massage therapist that Northwest Iowa has to offer, (my opinion) With my continuing education in Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, Stretching and Massage, Injuries of the knee and ankle, Reflexology, and of course Swedish and relaxation. I have learned early to maximize relationships with my clients to understand their needs. By using my experience, continuing education, and passion I have helped them feel like a younger and newer them. I love my job and love helping people get out of pain!

When I am not massaging I love to travel, scuba dive (yes there are places for this in Iowa) lifting weights, bike riding, and playing with my spoiled baby at the dog park, Tyra, an English Springer Spaniel.

Dr. Dot Chiropractor in Fort Lauderdale Florida

My Name is Dr. Jay.

I grew up in South Florida, but moved to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Engineering.  Although I enjoyed my engineering classes, I knew a career as an engineer wasn’t for me.  So, I started looking into one of my long-time passions, health care.  Once I learned what Chiropractic had to offer, I moved to Chicago to attend National University of Health Sciences.  While in school, I wanted to learn as many skills as possible, so I attended every extra-curricular seminar I could find.  I learned various techniques, but primarily use Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, and Nutritional Counseling in combination with Chiropractic medicine when treating patients.

Chiropractic care can be one of the best treatments for a touring musician.  Much like an athlete, musicians must be able to put on a peak performance, night in and night out, regardless of their physical condition.  Chiropractic can help to get rid of those aches and pains that you’ve learned to live with or just get you back on your feet after a rough day (or week, or month).

As I Chiropractor, I work on more than just sore backs and necks.  I treat shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, and ankles.  I treat not only acute injuries, but chronic injuries as well.  Chiropractic is more than adjusting spines, it’s a way to restore health, fix a problem, and get you better.

I live near Fort Lauderdale, but if you are going to be anywhere in the South Florida area and need my services, please give me a call or email me at info@drdot.com and write "Dr. Jay/FLA" and I will get back to you immediately.

Massage in West Palm Beach / Fort Lauderdale, Florida

"Hi,  I’m Jennifer, one of  Dr. Dot’s south Florida assistants currently based
in West Palm Beach. I have been practicing the art of massage since 2002. I
also am a licensed aesthetician. I make a big effort to stay on top of current
trends in the industry of skin care and body work while constantly refining
the basic traditional foundation of the arts.

I study various modalities that include: Swedish, shiatsu, reflexology, neuro
muscular, reflexology, lomi-lomi, etc. And use of tools like bamboo, stones,
shiro dhara, aromatherapy and cupping. I think that all means I give a very
nice, informed and intuitive, deep tissue massage.

Like Dr. Dot and all of her assistants, music has had a huge influence on me.
Art and music are always  in my life in one form or another.

A bit about me…I’m generally quiet and observant, very mellow. I practice
martial arts for fitness, strength and flexibility. I like travel and I am
available for tours.

 Jennifer"
