Hello! My name is Karen. I have been practicing massage for 7 years. I am a holistic health practitioner. My goal is to help others be healthy and feel good in their bodies. Massage is my passion. I am very in tune with my clients. I am really good at listening to the body and finding spots that need to be released. I have had some serious injuries in my life. So I understand the necessity and importance of massage.
I have worked with athletes, musicians, and people with chronic and acute injuries, of all ages and sizes.
My style is a blend of lomi lomi, deep tissue, and sports therapy. I use a lot of my elbows and forearms for long deep strokes.
