Hi, I'm Joyce and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist living in the Charlotte area for 5 years. I'm originally from the Pittsburgh area (go Steelers). π I love all kinds of music from Zeppelin to Lil Wayne as long as I can sing to it its good to me.
I decided to become a massage therapist after working as a server for 20 years. Many of my regular patrons would tell me I needed to go into massage because just laying my hands on them made them feel better. I love the feeling I get from helping people feel better.
I went to school at Southeastern Institute here in Charlotte, NC, where we specialized in Swedish, deep tissue and Neuro muscular. I'm very excited and grateful about becoming a Dot Bot. I look forward to being your therapist while your in the Charlotte area.

Hello,
my name is Lori. I currently live in Boston, MA. I am a graduate of the Atlanta school of massage in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been a licensed massage therapist for over twelve years.
I am experience in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular massage, pregnancy massage, hot stone, cranial sacral massage, aromatherapy, and Swedish massage. I drape, sorry.
I love my career as a massage therapist and the freedom and creativity it has allowed me to have. I could not imagine sitting behind a desk all day. After I received my first massage, I was hooked. After many years in a high stress position, during a massage I decided to go to massage therapy school. It's a decision I have never regretted!
I love music, movies, travel, yoga, and animals. I am excited to be part of Dr. Dot's International massage and chiropractic team.

Hi, my name is Sylvia from Hamburg.
I have a broad interest in health, dance and music. Before I got my medical massage certificate I’ve worked for TV-productions, as a speech-coach and in different theatres for artistic productions. My education started with getting an instructor for dance & gymnastics. A degree of nutritionalist followed and at last I become a passionate medical massage therapist.
Now I am a freelancer working for an international production and theatres, treating acteurs, musicians, artists and anyone who needs a massage. I have a lot of experience in treating performing artists.
My massage skills include:
• Swedish (classic)
• Deep tissue
• Manual lymph drainage
• Foot-reflex massage
• Acupressure/triggerpoints
• Instruction for stretching (motion exercises)
In addition I can offer you Dorn-therapy, Cupping or some TENS (electro-therapy) and I would also like to mention that I’ve special knowledge in astrology.
I love the interaction with people from all over the world.

Hello! I'm Patch, and I have been practicing massage in Minnesota since 2004.
Before graduating from the Saint Paul College Massage Therapy Program and embarking on what has become a therapeutic bodywork adventure, I viewed massage as many people might – a purely physical experience and a once-a-year luxury. I did not seriously consider any effects other than physical ones, and figured it couldn't be that difficult to give good massages, especially since people had already told me that I had a knack for it. Years and some important lessons later, my experience in the field has changed my perception of massage entirely.
Now, I strongly believe that people can highly benefit from healing touch on a regular basis, and that the intention behind that touch is more important than just excellent technique. I also believe that the effects of massage go beyond physical sensations. When our bodies are massaged and physical change occurs, our thoughts and emotions are also activated – how the body feels affects the mind, and how the mind feels affects the body; therefore, open communication is also vital to a successful treatment. Because of these beliefs, I have begun to make it my goal to not only help people feel better physically, but also more positive mentally after they get a massage from me, with the intention that these changes become part of a new pattern that will decrease pain and discomfort over the long run. As there is always more to know in life, I am continually learning and trying to improve upon my abilities to positively influence people's lives through touch, and I believe that this has put me on a good path.
Whether or not you decide to book me today for a massage incorporating any of deep tissue, myofascial relaxation, Swedish, trigger point, and sports techniques, I hope that you choose to receive therapeutic massages on a regular basis – after all, how many things in life feel good and are good for you? =)
Thanks for reading!
Cheers!

Hi, I'm Caitlin! I grew up in Southern California in a small town, but I actually love big cities, traveling, and crowds. For the past five years, I lived in the Bay area. I attended UC Berkeley and got my BA in Religious Philosophy. I also minored in Dance and in Creative Writing! I know that sounds like a lot, but I'm really passionate about all of those things so it was fun and interesting.
After I graduated from university, I became disheartened by the lack of opportunity during the recession, so I did some deep soul searching, explored all my options, and decided to go to massage school. I love helping people, I'm very passionate about health and well being, I have a unique understanding of the body as a dancer, and I enjoy the grounded presence massage requires of the practitioner. Best of all, I get to move around (rather than sit at a desk) and interact with people from all walks of life!
I studied massage at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville. I focused on a variety of modalities, including: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Accupressure, and Energy Work. I incorporate all of these modalities into all of my massages because I tailor each session to your particular body and what you hope to gain from the massage. No massage is ever the same because no two bodies are the same! I graduated with honors and a letter of excellence for maintaining a perfect 4.0 for the entire program. I'm also both State and Nationally certified, so you can rest assured I am a cut above the rest along with all the other Dot Bots π It is such an honor to work with such an amazing team!
Since graduating I have maintained a small private practice, worked for a Sports Rehab center, and worked in a variety of independent contractor positions. I recently returned to Southern California, where I continue to learn and grow as a massage therapist, and I look forward to being your Dot Bot in the Inland Empire!
Travel, spontaneity, and music are my idea of heaven on earth, so I am also available and excited to tour with you!

Book me at info@drdot.com and put "Dr. Andy/Manchester" in the subject line please π
Hi, I’m Dr. Andy. I’m a chiropractor based in North England.
I have a real passion for my job and a love of live music, so when Dr. Dot asked me to be the first Chiropractor in the UK to join her team, combining the two, I jumped at the chance.
I have a first class degree in chiropractic and I work with chiropractic adjustments, massage, rehabilitative exercise and medical acupuncture to tailor treatment to your needs. The combination of these treatments can really help to relieve the aches, tension and stress associated with traveling and performing – getting results fast!
Whether you are in pain or are looking to improve your general well-being I am dedicated to helping you get the best results. I love the buzz of being backstage at live music and sporting events helping to get your body tuned up so you can be at your best.
I’m based in Stoke-on-Trent, England which is equidistant from Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Nottingham. So if you need an adjustment or two whilst you and your crew are on tour I can be flexible in coming to you.
I am thrilled to be a part of Dr. Dot’s team and look forward to helping you!
I am so f-ing busy, I always end up answering my last email of the night at 6am (now) then the last thing on my mind is more writing. I promisd my lovely Literary Agent I would write one hour a day of my book. I am writing a book (life story, yadda yadda yadda). I agreed a week ago and still have not logged ONE hour for her π
I get my keys today for my own tiny flat in Hoboken, NJ. I need space. I can not live and work at home with anyone around me, every single day. I go out of my mind. I am a loner, always have been. In Berlin I have my own flat, love it but not keen on the hasty anti-American public. So I am either REALLY alone in Berlin or way over crowded in NYC. Now as soon as I move in to my own space here, I will be at peace again. THEN I can get more work done and start the book. NOT happy about moving again (remember I just did a HUGE move last August, FOOK!!!).
On top of all that drama, I am studying for my American drivers license test (searching high and low for all my personal documents as you need a truck load of them to apply for a US drivers license and I can't find most of my papers (you have certified copies of your birth certificate, soc sec card, marriage/divorce papers, passport, omfg, I can't even remember the rest, but it's a lot). So I am swamped as can be. Still logging the Ask Dr. Dot questions and answers every day, helping folks with my sex/love advice and on top of all that, running the worlds biggest and best massage/chiropractic team "Dr. Dot Therapy LLC" (official company now π
Had to get car tuned up, renew insurance, get a new blackberry (sounds simple? Then you do not know At+t). Everything at once for crying out loud!
Then there is Jasmine to tend to (LOVE love love), working out when I can and oh, sometimes I sleep). Forget hanging with friends or singing anymore, I rarely ever get to do that. I have loads of massage clients too. When my head hits the pillow at night (erm, I mean MORNING!) I can not turn my mind off. I gave up coffee and alcohol ages ago and it doesn't help, still wide awake. Planning my new tattoo as well, with Mr. Paul Booth, the master, again. This time, BEATLES and I am letting him design it (cross fingers they have skin on their faces π
On top of all that I am taking iMovies lessons to learn how to make better films/videos, yay!. Not enough hours in the day for me. If you are interested in what I am doing, best to follow me on twitter (hope I don't sound like a snotty cunt saying that) but it is true, I post stuff on there ALL the time as it is faster. My twitter account is dr_dot
