Jessica is an accomplished massage therapist who has been practicing since 2001.  She is a highly skilled professional with a wealth of experience in rehabilitation massages such as; cupping therapy, Orthopedic therapy, sports injury, Shiatsu, and neuromuscular repair (results driven healing).  Her first professional experience was with the National Finals Rodeo, where she gained valuable knowledge and insight into advanced sports rehabilitation. Thomas grew up in Indiana before moving to Utah to attend BYU, initially studying English, editing, and dance. After his time there, he attended the Utah College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2016. He then worked at both a spa and chiropractic office, specializing in deep tissue massage, lymphatic massage, shiatsu, and Swedish massage. He has worked with many patients in injury recovery, specifically with whiplash and other neck-related injuries. He loves working with neck and shoulder issues as well as other rehabilitation-focused modalities, but he also highly values massage focused on relaxation as he’s found great personal benefit for his own anxiety through massage. After leaving the chiropractic and spa world a few years ago, he has continued to practice independently and is excited to join the Dr. Dot team.

In addition to practicing massage, Thomas has explored several other career paths, including editor, product manager, and human resources. He currently works as the HR manager for a mortgage company and loves that through working in HR and massage, he can empower others to live better. Hello, my name is Cassandra and I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years! I’m very passionate about my work and each body I come across. I’ve always been told I had “great hands” so I finally decided to do something about it, I graduated from one of the best schools for massage therapy, The National Holistic Institute. Teaching both Eastern and Western modalities I’m able to do just about any massage technique from a really deep tissue to a shiatsu massage. After completing the core program: I went right into the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program which furthered my education of the human body. With the program I was able to have a better understanding of my clients, and their needs. It allowed me to work alongside doctors, chiropractors, and dentists. I’ve worked on athletes with sports injuries helping with their rehabilitation process. I perform orthopedic testing, range of motion testing, myofascial release also checking posture, stance and gait. I’ve been very blessed throughout my career; I’ve never been without work. After graduating from The National Holistic Institute, I landed a job at one of the best massage studios in Studio City. The owner became quite fond of me and I was managing the place in no time. He even went as far as training me   in his specialty, Thai massage. I learned so much from him and I thank him for his knowledge and expertise. I’ve come so far since then and I’m still learning with each and every massage I give.
