Hello everyone, I am Sarah
I was a competition rider (horses!) for many years, and this lead me to career in Sport and Remedial Massage. I love being able to help people with their aches and pains, injuries and the general stress thats builds up in those with a hectic lifestyle.
I am a full member of the ISRM (Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage), which is one of the main industry governing bodies in the UK and obviously I'm fully insured.
I use a number of techniques to restore good muscle function including deep tissue, Neuromuscular technique, Muscle energy technique and Soft Tissue Release.
Meeting interesting new people is one of the great things about massage, and now working as a Dot Bot I hope to see a totally different part of the massage industry!

Hello, my name is Shanon.
After studying psychology I realized I am more of a doer than a thinker and that I would rather help people with my hands. I had already been massaging family and friends since childhood, so a career in massage was the obvious choice for me.
I've been a licensed Sports Massage Therapist since 2006. Since then I've been working at several Spa's and learned many different techniques. I like to mix and match these techniques to make you feel like you are being treated firmly but sweetly.
