Dr. Dot Chiropractor in Fort Lauderdale Florida

My Name is Dr. Jay.

I grew up in South Florida, but moved to Ann Arbor to attend the University of Michigan, where I received my Bachelors of Science in Engineering.  Although I enjoyed my engineering classes, I knew a career as an engineer wasn’t for me.  So, I started looking into one of my long-time passions, health care.  Once I learned what Chiropractic had to offer, I moved to Chicago to attend National University of Health Sciences.  While in school, I wanted to learn as many skills as possible, so I attended every extra-curricular seminar I could find.  I learned various techniques, but primarily use Applied Kinesiology, Acupuncture, and Nutritional Counseling in combination with Chiropractic medicine when treating patients.

Chiropractic care can be one of the best treatments for a touring musician.  Much like an athlete, musicians must be able to put on a peak performance, night in and night out, regardless of their physical condition.  Chiropractic can help to get rid of those aches and pains that you’ve learned to live with or just get you back on your feet after a rough day (or week, or month).

As I Chiropractor, I work on more than just sore backs and necks.  I treat shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, knees, and ankles.  I treat not only acute injuries, but chronic injuries as well.  Chiropractic is more than adjusting spines, it’s a way to restore health, fix a problem, and get you better.

I live near Fort Lauderdale, but if you are going to be anywhere in the South Florida area and need my services, please give me a call or email me at info@drdot.com and write "Dr. Jay/FLA" and I will get back to you immediately.
