Hi, my name is Kara and I provide strong, deep, and nurturing massage therapy services. I have been working as a therapist for several years in the Albuquerque area on a wide variety of clients. I was trained at Crystal Mountain School of Massage Therapy in Albuquerque.
I specialize in deeper tissue work to release patterns of tension and help your body unwind. I will integrate Neuro Muscualar Therapy and work with the bodies cranio rythms to bring your body into a more fluid alignment. I can also work with your needs and desires to address specific areas of pain or tension that are bothering you, or to give an overall relaxing and balancing treatment.
I love the work I do, and look forward to working with you!

On December 1, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Fisheries Service announced its proposal to designate more than 3,000 square miles of ocean as critical habitat for the highly endangered Cook Inlet population of the beluga whale. That means the plan is open for public comment — and you can add yours today!
Sign here to submit your comments to the NOAA and let them know that designating critical habitat would be a crucial first step in protecting this iconic species.
