As a massage therapist, Jonathan has developed a unique type of treatment known as Range of Motion Myofascial Release by drawing on multiple massage styles and healing modalities. Using acute listening skills honed through craniosacral therapy and Barnes-style myofascial technique, coupled with passive range of motion, Chinese tuina massage and an ever-growing understanding of the physical and energetic landscape of the body, he is able to facilitate a broad depth of healing during each session.

As an acupuncturist, Jonathan uses associated treatment techniques (needles, cupping, guasha, tuina massage, Chinese herbal formulation and dietetics, qigong) as tools to help guide his clients towards a healthy state of balance, both internally and externally. Along with being an internal medicine practitioner, he specializes in sports and orthopedic pain relief.

Jonathan earned an associate degree in Massage Therapies from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, Master of Science degrees in both Oriental Medicine and Nutrition from National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, and holds the Diplomate of Oriental Medicine licensure through the NCCAOM.
Jonathan also earned an undergraduate music degree in Vocal Performance and still enjoys a fruitful professional singing career. He is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist in various musical endeavors. He is also an avid lover of all things and activities outdoors, especially being in water, riding bikes, the sound and smell of mountain streams, and endless snowfalls. Jonathan is a proud husband and father and lives in Maine with his beautiful family.

Hello, my name is Jamie and I live in New Durham NH, which is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the lakes region and Meadowbrook NH Pavillion. I’m a mother of three beautiful children, who I absolutely adore. I’ve been a massage therapist since 2009 and graduated from a 840 hour program at Hesser College in Portsmouth NH. I originally started taking prerequisite classes for nursing but soon decided that healing with alternative medicine would give me greater pleasure. Its not everyday you come across someone who is truly happy with their career of choice. Massage is my passion and it gives me great satisfaction to be able to heal people with the power of touch.
I practice a wide range of massage modalities but currently have advanced training in deep tissue massage, swedish massage, hot stone massage(my personal fav) and prenatal massage. I’m currently studying aromatherapy with Dr. Axe and love using essential oils with massage and my everyday life. I’m also trained in reflexology, myofascial release, pin and stretch techniques and spa body treatments. I love what I do and do what I love. I look forward to being a part of the Dr. Dot team and soon hope to bring my power of healing to you!

Bridget_NH

Book me: info@drdot.com and write: “Bridget/New Hampshire” in subject line 🙂
My name is Bridget and I graduated from the Seacoast Career School in Manchester NH, with the study of Massage Therapy in December of 2010, which is a 900 hour program, more than the state requires 750 hours and licensed by the State of New Hampshire in February 2011.

Prior to getting into Massage Therapy, I had worked in retail for the last 10 years (part-time), after high school trying to go to college for a degree that I thought that I had always wanted and found out wasn’t the best fit for me…and after a few years of trying to decide what I wanted to do next…I got a flyer in the mail and a few months later I was sitting in class for Massage Therapy.

Currently I am attending classes at a local college for my Associates degree in Sports Management. I am expected to graduate in May of this year. I enjoy helping athletes getting ready for the “big game”, getting them pumped and excited to do what they love best.
