I have always been fascinated by healing the human body. Originally, I was looking to pursue a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine, but a friend suggested that I consider becoming a chiropractor. While very different than Chinese Medicine, I appreciated that it was also a natural healing method, and decided to take his recommendation. I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007 and have been licensed in the state of Massachusetts for 15 years. I specialize in sports injuries and women’s health. I am an Active Release Technique certified practitioner, which has developed extensive protocols for various conditions. My practice is located in Boston where I work with Dr. Brad, also a DotBot!
So now that you know about me professionally, here is a little personal tidbit that ties into my work. I am a fourth-generation string musician, having played the violin, viola, and bass guitar. I do truly believe that being a string musician helped me develop the sensation in my hands that is able to detect the subtle intricacies that are present in the human body. So combining my love for music and my profession is a dream come true! And that’s where Dr. Dot comes in! I am very excited to now be on the team! Whether you’re a celebrity or not, you will always get VIP treatment when you’re on my table!

Hello, My name is Teresa.
I am a ERYT at the 500 hour level. I specialize in Embodyoga®, yoga based on the body mind centering practices of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and developed by Patty Townsend. It is called “yoga from the inside out”.
I help foster an awareness of deep supports within the body, focusing on breath and core enlivement, bringing the yoga practice beyond the typical system of bone and muscle. I facilitate mindfullness in yoga practice, helping my students to come into themselves and connect with their inner essence.
I have been a student of yoga since childhood, and I am empathically intuitive in perceiving the needs of each individual in practice. I can offer any level of practice, gentle beginner, moderate and vigorous, and restorative. I am currently teaching classes, and continuing my training, expanding my inquiry into this profound work. I see yoga as an ongoing process, a never ending opportunity to learn and share my knowledge with others, a cycle of giving and receiving that is mutually beneficial.

Hi! I'm Michelle and I'm from the Boston area. I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Bristol Community College. I had great teachers who helped to cultivate my natural talent of touch into something greater. I'm proficient in both Swedish and deep tissue. I'm also certified in both chair and prental massage as well as ear candling. I believe there is always more to learn so I continue to advance my skills and knowledge with continuing education classes. I love knowing that something as simple as a touch can make another human being feel better and more relaxed. I also volunteer every year for the PANMass Challenge, a bike riding fundraiser. It's a fun event for a great cause with awesome participants and I feel honored being a part of it.
Let me get my hands on you and make the world melt away!
