Hello my name is Astrid and I guess with my height of 6ft 4in, I am one of the tallest female massage therapist on this planet! I live at the Baltic Coast and I am covering massage treatments for Hamburg, Lübeck, Kiel and bay of Lübeck. Since many years I am working in the Spa-Management and I did educations as Wellness-Practioner for different Massage styles, Ayurveda-Practioner and Beautician/Visagistic.  I do classic massages, like full-half body, head and face, neck-back-shoulder, deep-pressure, hand and foot massages. As well I offer Ayurvedic massages known as, Abhyanga (fullbody 90min), Mukabhyanga (head 60min), Padabhyanga (feet 60min), Upanahasveda (back 60min). I do Shiatsu (90min), Detox-Scrubs with massage gloves.
I am fascinated of the world of Wellness/Spa/Health and love to work with different cultures, training staff, writing Spa-Menus, set up new-openings for Spa`s. At the moment I am Supervisor in one of the most beautiful Thai-Day Spas of Europe.
Before I entered the Spa business I was working in Gastronomy and Hospitality in different countries and parts of Germany. Next to my casual jobs I loved the modelling and did that specially for Tall woman section as leg/hand model in the US and UK.

Hello,
My name is Astrid. I grew up in Berlin, where I made my training as a masseuse and med lifeguard. The education ended with a state exam. Then I learned the technique of lymphatic drainage and completed education as an Ayurveda therapist and Ayurvedic massage therapist.

Since April 2012, I am now living in Hamburg and at last I learned the Kinesiotapen.

Through my education, I see the body as a whole (body, mind and soul). This ensures a holistic massage, after which the whole body is relaxed and enters a spiritual wellbeing.

I massage of passion and I am always trying get the best out for my customers .

I would like to also help you feel better about yourself and improve your health and wellbeing. Just forget about the stress and release.

Hi, I am Astrid. I am here to assist you to get your natural energy flowing again. Loosen up your muscles and joints. Enjoy. Relax the body, mind and spirit. Get you focused.
I offer: great Thai Yoga Massage: non-oil technique practising acupressure with thumbs, palms, elbows and feet, combined with much-needed stretching like in yoga, while you wear loose clothes. Long massage or short: you let me know what you need.
Wonderful Temple-style Ceremonial Lomilomi Massage from Hawai'i: long strokes with my underarms move the body, like waves of the ocean bringing the Aloha-island spirit to you in an embracing warm oil-massage. One hour or two hour version, you choose!

With both types of massage I can go REALLY deep if that is what your body needs at this moment in time, or use a softer touch if that's more appropriate. Don't worry, I'll easily find the spots that need the most attention!
