My name is Cindy and I have been licensed to practice massage in Maine since 2009. I am trained in many modalities but I specialize in Sports Massage and Deep Tissue. Personally I am athlete who loves to hike, cycle, ski and run marathons. I have a passion to provide my gift to people who have very physical job or who may be training for a sporting event.
I decided to become a Massage Therapist after the difference I saw in my performance as an athlete. I attended school at night and worked as a Human Resources Expert and Trainer during the day. At the time I thought I would only practice massage as a hobby and a way to learn more about the human body. One year ago I gave up my career in the corporate world and started to practice massage full-time. I have a passion to teach people how to care for their bodies through massage.
I look forward to sharing my gift with you while you travel through Maine. Think of me when you want a deep tissue massage with an emphasis on healing and preventing injuries.
