Book me: email me at email@example.com and write “Hilary/Austin” in the subject line
Hello 🙂 I started massaging when I was very young. My sister was a professional dancer and my mother
was undergoing treatments for cancer. To know that I could make a difference with their pain and
discomfort brought me tremendous joy. I went to school for massage therapy at age 19 and I have been
licensed since 2012. I love this job because I am always learning new techniques for each individual. I
enjoy helping people get relief from tension and pain. I have taken over 60 hours of continuing
education in medical massage which covers the entire body and includes carpel tunnel, whiplash,
sciatica, shoulder and back pain, hip and knee pain, TMJ, plantar fasciitis and more. I have also taken
extra classes in Thai massage which increases flexibility and mobility by stretching to increase range of
motion and relaxation. I know how to help you with stretches at home and can teach you ways to
alleviate pain and maintain your physical strength and well-being. I am also a musician and I know
firsthand how well massage works for pain relief and tension and I know exactly what muscles to work
on and what stretches can help you. Aside from medical massage and stretching I also have 3 years of
experience in Ayurvedic massage which is the science of self-healing and can help you to re connect with
yourself and give you some peace of mind while under the stress that comes with performance and
travel. I look forward to helping you! ~Namaste~

Book me: email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and write “Nela/San Antonio” in the subject line
My name is Nela. I live in San Antonio Texas and have been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant since 2014. I fell in love with the manual therapy (hands-on work) of PT and then decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have always been asked what my style of massage is, because people have wondered how they can receive a similar massage as my technique is unique.
I would consider my approach to be focused more on helping to resolve a specific issue. I combine a variety of techniques including Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Re-education, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and some client education (ergonomic advice, stretching techniques, how to use a foam roller, etc.) to help alleviate pain and keep you feeling better longer in the most relaxing way possible. I would say I specialize in people living with chronic pain issues. Since becoming a Massage therapist I really pride myself in tailoring each session to fit your needs and complete my ultimate goal of making every session help YOU feel restored, reset, and rejuvenated!
Thanks for considering me, can’t wait to work with you soon!
