The road to becoming a massage therapist has been just that. Starting as a competitive athlete, adopting injuries that let me to self discover my own healing abilities. This started as a coach, leading into being a trainer and awarded “Top Trainer” of Seattle in 2009. During this time I was asking the question what has the body stay in pain.
