Book me: email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and write “Nela/San Fran” in the subject line
My name is Nela. I live in the San Francisco area and have been a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant since 2014. I fell in love with the manual therapy (hands-on work) of PT and then decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have always been asked what my style of massage is, because people have wondered how they can receive a similar massage as my technique is unique. I would consider my approach to be focused more on helping to resolve a specific issue. I combine a variety of techniques including Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Re-education, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, and some client education (ergonomic advice, stretching techniques, how to use a foam roller, etc.) to help alleviate pain and keep you feeling better longer in the most relaxing way possible. I would say I specialize in people living with chronic pain issues. Since becoming a Massage therapist I really pride myself in tailoring each session to fit your needs and complete my ultimate goal of making every session help YOU feel restored, reset, and rejuvenated!
Thanks for considering me, can’t wait to work with you soon!
To book me please email email@example.com and write “Tanisha/San Francisco/Oakland“ in the subject line 🙂
Greetings from Oakland! My name is Tanisha. I am a Certified NMT, and licensed with the state of California. Ive been in the field of therapeutic massage for over 15 years. Ive always been fascinated with the field of holistic healing, and found that massage was my place in that field. Ive worked in both a rehabilitative and spa atmosphere. I enjoy both, but am a little more fascinated with the technicalities that are involved in rehabilitative therapy.
Im happy to be on Dr. Dots team because it gives me a chance to share my gift with musicians, artists, and their support team, who in turn continue to share THEIR gift with all of us. It’s a win- win!
I am an alumni of National Holistic Institute from the 90’s, and recently graduated from NHI’s advanced neuromuscular massage therapy program. I can effectively address specific injuries, and pain issues using a variety of tools. Much of this work requires slow deliberate techniques, and open communication. If you have the time, Im open! I am available anywhere in Oakland, and the surrounding Bay Area within a 2 hour drive.
To book me please email firstname.lastname@example.org and write “Brianne/SanFrancisco/California“ in the subject line 🙂
My name is Brianne and I have been a massage therapist for almost seven years now. Between working on cruise ships, in golf resort spas, in a medical massage therapy office, at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas, and handling private events and out-call, my career in massage therapy has led me around the world. The only thing that has been missing as part of my dream is to work with entertainers and maybe even sports teams one day. That’s where you come in! Being on the road constantly, and performing day in and day out can put a strain on you physically and mentally. A relaxing massage or a deep tissue therapeutic massage is just what you need!
I have been trained in several modalities, but I most consistently perform medium to deep pressured massage. Working chair massage in the casinos and at the poker tournament really has given me the opportunity to practice working for long periods of time using good pressure. I promise if you give me the chance to work with you, you’ll leave feeling like a new person!
I love to travel and have been to around 20 countries and have spent a lot of time recently making my way around the United States. I earned my degree in Psychology prior to becoming a massage therapist and really enjoy talking to people and getting to know people from different walks of life. Variety and challenge is something I am always seeking. I recently moved from San Diego to the San Jose area to pursue different career opportunities. I am willing to work anywhere within about an hour’s distance from San Jose, including Santa Cruz, San Francisco and the east bay area. I am currently only available on the weekends but would love to work with you any chance I can! Happy travels and I hope to see you soon!
