Aloha! My name is Pamela, I am born & based in Vienna/Austria and very happy to be part of the DotBot-Team!

Since childhood I have been living in kind of my own crazy world and music was my first big love! I went through different educational paths & jobs (communications management) and finally quit my old job & life in 2005 and did travel around the world for six months.

During all my travellings I got to know lots of different cultures, people, traditions and different styles of massages and bodywork. I met massage therapists, healers and shamans and in the course of our time and work together, I finally found my own personal gift, mission and destiny: touching people with my hands, heart and (little) words.

Meanwhile I got different massage diplomas and have been self employed and work with clients for more than six years, also I have a few private students from time to time. I specialize in hawaiian & energy bodywork and love to do my own style of deep “energy-heart-soul-body-work”, where I combine different styles and techniques like lomi lomi, kahi loa, balinese massage, swedish massage, footreflex, energy work, etc., intuitively as needed at this moment. The intention of my (heart)work is to get my clients back to harmony, to activate their self-healing capabilities and to unblock the blockades & tension in their body, mind & soul to heal, transform and just be happy and enjoy life without drama and pain. Btw – massage & music is such a perfect healing combination!

I also offer unique 4hand hawaiian lomi lomi massage together with one of my friends and collegue from Vienna!
Please note that I am not working with pregnant women or during any contraindication.

Massage in St. Louis Missouri

Welcome to St. Louis!  I am Pamela. If you live here, I'm glad to share common ground with you. GO CARDS!  I am honored to be a part of Dr. Dot's team of awesome therapists who all have a common goal:  To make YOU feel fantastic!

I learned a lot about the importance of health during my experience as a teacher.  I neglected it and developed a cocktail of problems related to my overall well-being.  I was stressed and it marinated in my body for five years before I ended that career.  I attended a mini-massage workshop at a very spiritual and metaphysical massage school appropriately named as the Healing Arts Center and started the night classes that month.

My goal while giving a massage is to help people achieve a relaxed state during their times of stress and discomfort.  I am proof that "we hold issues in our tissues" which can lead to physical discomfort, sickness, and disease.  My massage style focuses on gently releasing and pushing out the negative energies that are stored within our bodies.  Got knots?  If yes, then you may be interested in the hurts-so-good deep elbow pressure.  I have training in Swedish, deep pressure, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy.  Extended training in energy work includes Pranic Healing and Reiki.

I am available for hotel outcalls and group events such as weddings and "Sweet 16" parties.  Contact me at info@drdot.com and write "PAM/St. Louis" in the subject line for more information, and LET'S GO BLUES!
