Anastasiya is a Ph.D. Stud. Mind-Body Medicine. She obtained her degree in Massage Therapies from the PCOM (College of Oriental Medicine, NY).
Her massage techniques are a well-crafted blend of East-West holistic ART. Anastasiya trained in more than twenties modalities, including: Medical, Shiatsu, TuiNa, Deep Tissues, Swedish, Kinesiology Stretching, Facelift (Buccal), TMJ release (Intraoral ), Lymphatic Drainage, Tai, MR, Trigger Points Therapy, Dry Brushing, Cupping, GuaSha, Hot Stones, Fertility, Pregnancy & Postpartum.
She got special training in Reflexology: Hands, Feet, and Auriculotherapy (Ears).
She has been working in high-end SPAs and resorts all over the US.
