Book me: info@drdot.com and write: "Elena/Tampa" in subject line 🙂

Hi! My name is Elena.

I was born in Russia but immigrated to this wonderful country in 2000. I live in Tampa, Florida. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004. I also have advanced medical training so a thorough knowledge of anatomy greatly assists me when massaging a client. Even so, I believe in natural remedies and non-pharmaceutical treatments for medical issues when possible. I also am a licensed aesthetician. I strive to remain current on trends in the industry of skin care and body work while constantly refining the basics.

Massage is an extremely powerful method to relieve stress, decrease pain, enhance relaxation, and promote sleep. I am exhilarated to be given the opportunity to help people through Dr. Dot, especially celebrities that provide our entertainment and help us be happier. I am confident in my own techniques that combine different modalities to include deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, and active isolated muscle stretching. I treat each client as a unique opportunity to help someone.

I have experience with day spas, physical therapy clinics, chiropractors, and doctors. However, I prefer private sessions where I can tailor my massage to the specific client without worrying about going over the prescribed time allotted.

However, any way you want to look at it I provide a deep tissue massage tailored specifically to each client. I have found the best results are achieved when one is also in a very relaxed state. I customize each massage to the individual based on their specific needs, so not only is my massage effective, it's very relaxing. Come and see (and feel) for yourself!

Massage in Montreal Canada

Hi everyone!

I’m Jodi and I have been blessed to be following a path throughout the healing arts for over 15 years. While living on the beautiful west coast of  Canada I attained my massage certification while working with athletes in the area of sport medicine and studying kinesiology,  with this experience I continued my studies and went on to attain my bachelor of science in physiotherapy,  and further completed 2 years of postgraduate work  in medical acupuncture.  I have 10 years of experience working  in private practice setting with all kinds of clients, injuries, and imbalances.

With this background I have built a solid understanding and knowledge of the human body and healing from both a western and eastern perspective. This, combined with my hands innate natural intuition, enables me to easily and effortlessly seek out any “hidden dragons” or relieve or relax any tensions whether new or 20+ years old! No words are necessary! My techniques can range from deep, deep , deep did I mention deep and yes sometimes somewhat painful ( the good pain☺ – of course) to silently deep, painless and powerful, often bringing profound changes quickly, it all depends on the individual!

NO two massages are the same!

These techniques include:
• Advanced training in Manual Therapy  • Advanced training in Myofascial Release Techniques • Active Release Therapy (ART) • Positional Release • Trigger Point Therapy • Advanced Deep Tissue Massage • Sport Massage
• Advanced Training in Energetic Release and Balancing • Craniosacral Techniques • Osteopathic Techniques • Emotional Release Techniques • Body Talk  •  Breakthrough Techniques • Reiki

As love and life has now brought me to the east coast to live in this beautiful city of Montréal,  it has also brought me the great opportunity to work as part of Dr. Dot’s amazing team of massage therapist! What better way to combine the things you love massage, healing, music and travel!

When passion is shared only great things can happen!

Please email me at info@drdot.com and put "Jodi/Montreal" in the subject line and will get back to you right away to book your treatment.

I look forward to massaging you, your crew, your family, your friends and anyone else you want to bring along!

Chiropractor in Toronto Canada for Dr. Dot team

Dr. Dorothy…….

Is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia, majoring in Mathematics and Biochemistry. She is also a graduate of Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, which is located in Toronto, Canada, where she currently resides.

Dr. Dorothy developed a fascination with Chiropractic from an early age. Having been a competitive child athlete, she suffered many injuries. After many years of unrelenting back pain and overall discomfort, she sought Chiropractic care, which, in many ways, has dramatically changed her life. Not only was she able to manage the pain from years of repetitive overuse, but she also gained an appreciation for the body’s ability to heal, and insight into the power of prevention.

In her spare time, Dr. Dorothy enjoys playing sports and music. Her experience both as an athlete, and also as a trainer for sports teams, has led her to additional certification in special soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Technique ® and Graston Technique ®. These techniques help to break down scar tissue and adhesions that develop on injured or overused muscles, which many athletes and musicians develop after many years of practice and performance.

Dr. Dorothy is grateful to be a health care professional that appreciates individuality and promotes not only a healthy body, but also a sound mind, and a warm and happy spirit.

If you want an adjustment from her, email her: info@drdot.com and put "Dr. Dorothy/Toronto" in the subject line please
