My name is Holly, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. I am certified in stretching, reflexology, cranial sacral, guided imagery, fibromyalgia, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage, and I am currently working on my certification for sports massage. As a massage therapist, it is important to me that my clients feel heard and cared for, so I carefully listen to what is needed and wanted before I begin and continue to communicate those needs and wants throughout the session. Massage therapy is a great way to relax and heal, and my personal goal is to make everyone I come in contact with to feel a sense of relaxation and healing before, during, and after a session. Hello My name is Elana. I have lived in the great state of Maine my whole life. I spend a lot of time in nature, by the ocean, hiking and playing with my two cats. My other passion is eating good, organic food. I have a passion for healing others through a mind, body, spirit approach. I’ve been doing Reiki since I was 12. I got certified through one of the oldest practicing Reiki Masters in the West, John Harvey Gray. I have been a certified massage therapist since 2007. I love what I do. Hello, My name is Benjamin. I am 28 years old and have been practicing massage therapy for 6 years now. During my teenage years I had a bout with bone cancer, which inspired me to dive headfirst into various studies of holistic health and a yearning to help others. Massage therapy became the spearhead of my own recovery and method of helping others since I had the opportunity of learning first hand how amazing it can be in making leaps and bounds in improving quality of life.
      I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage and incorporate elements of various modalities such as craniosacral and myofascial massage as well to tailor the session to whatever it is the client is seeking at the time.
