As a Chiropractic Physician for over 22 years, originally in New York, then relocating my practice shortly thereafter to the Palm Beaches of Florida where I also became certified in Acupuncture.
In my practice I treat all musculoskeletal and extremity complaints by utilizing multiple techniques geared specifically for each individual patient. This personally tailored protocol for their neck, shoulder, arm, back pain etc., helps my patients get relief and “back to normal” more quickly.
Through adding Acupuncture, a variety of issues can be resolved including stress management, migraine headaches, sleep issues, etc.
In my formative years I was a drummer in various bands in New York and fully understand the stress of being on the road. As a longtime member myself in Screen Actors Guild, AFTRA, etc., I have had numerous opportunities to treat many patients in this industry throughout the years. Therefore, I am already quite comfortable in the entertainment industry environment as I understand their needs while maintaining a professional, yet comfortable, approach in helping them get well.

Being involved with massage therapy for over 23 years, I look forward to
working with the Dr.Dot Massage team. Though doing sports, swedish, and
pregnancy massage, I specialize in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, which
includes Trigger Point Therapy. I also practice another deep tissue
technique called Muscle Release Technique which includes the stretching of
various muscle groups.
My first taste in this field came when I got introduced to reflexology
through a cousin when I was a kid. Then my interest in massage therapy grew
when I started working in physical therapy. Soon thereafter, I went to the
Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and have been involved in it ever
since. Being active in sports and weightlifting throughout the years, as
well as injuring myself from time to time, I know that having acute/chronic
pain is no fun. So I feel fantastic when I can help anyone feel better and
function at optimal performance.
I promise, you will be in goods hands and extremely pleased when you
receive your customized massage by me.
