Hello, I'm Denise. I live in the Denver area, and originated from the Four-Corners of New Mexico. I’m Native American, a full-blooded Navajo. I attended Weber State University in Ogden, UT on a golf scholarship, moving to Denver in the spring of 2004. I attended and graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in December of 2005.

I am a licensed therapist and have been practicing for 5 ½ years. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral bodywork, structural bodywork, and sports & injury massage. I worked for Spa Struck, a spa resort in Beaver Creek, CO during the winter of 2007. I've had experience working with a chiropractor and currently working at a massage studio. I’ve held this position for 5 years.

My grandfather is a medicine man. His teachings have inspired me to follow his heritage while integrating new medical thought. Our touch is healing.

I feel challenged and proud to be part of the Dot Bot Team. Whether your body or your spirit aches, I have the strength, talent, and flexibility to meet your therapeutic needs.

24 hour massage service Edinburgh, England

Book me: info@drdot.com and write: "Sarah/Edinburgh" in subject line πŸ™‚

Hi there, my name is Sarah.

My passion for massage started with my love of yoga which then led to an interest in the related Anatomy and Physiology. I learnt about the benefits of all of this to the body and soul, on several trips to India, which I absolutely loved.

I then decided to study Therapeutic Massage which I did for a year in Scotland. Subsequently I have done courses in Post Event Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Reflexology.

Another passion of mine is walking in the Scottish Highlands and I recently went to Africa and climbed Mt Kilimanjaro – due to this I am fully appreciative of sore, tired and overworked muscles and what massage can do to repair and relieve them!

I love music. I love going to gigs and I love giving massage. So I am very excited to be part of Dr. Dot's team!

24 hour massage service Albany, New York

Book me: info@drdot.com and write: "Evan/Albany" in subject line πŸ™‚

Hi. My name is Evan and I love what I do! The short version: My massage is goal-oriented, yet artful. I believe in very deep work, and I can craft a truly unique and therapeutic experience.

The long version:
I have been massaging professionally since 2008, but in my mind, I have been massaging since childhood. I believe that when I was young, I developed a rudimentary understanding of massage by combining my fascination with anatomy, the desire to help and heal others, and the experience of feeling my dogs' muscles when I pet them! Because of this, I consider myself to have a very intuitive feel for massage.

As I grew up, the bodywork I received laid the foundation of my massage style. Before I ever had a “Swedish” massage, I had pretty much only had deep, often brutal work- chiropractic, real Deep Tissue, and even the full ten-session Rolfing series! Needless to say, the concepts and techniques that were new to me in school were all about the flow of a session, and developing the sensitivity to adapt my style to the individual. In other words, I learned to be more gentle, patient and methodical. However, I can still go as deep as you could ever want!

In line with being a heavily tactile person, I strongly lean toward the tonal and rhythmical aspects of music. Like most people, I enjoy a story! Instead of words, though (which I don't really hear), I like a song that is narrated by the melodies, like an emotional progression of tone. Put that against a richly textured sonic landscape and I'm in heaven. And that's why Frank Zappa is my hero. Mind blown.

I believe my experience with music and how it relates to massage is very interesting. The flow of a massage session is much like a musical composition to me. Some sensations are like a bass-line, while others are like the shimmering accent of the horn section! Properly played, a massage can be an engaging sensory journey just like a good album or a movie!

When you want to relax, feel better, and have an exciting experience of your body, book a massage with me!

Making you feel better makes me feel great!

I am embarking on my seventh year as a massage therapist, and I love what I do. I feel privileged to be able to assist all kinds of people in their healing and well being.

I studied massage in Portland Oregon at East West College of the Healing Arts, and was licensed in December of 2004. Since then I have explored many styles of massage and discovered exciting occupational opportunities.

I've worked for Acupuncturists and Chiropractors. I spent a couple years working in Day Spas, and even moved to the roadless areas of the Costa Rican Rain Forest to do massage and teach Yoga at eco-resorts. Summertime usually finds me massaging the masses and performers at music festivals, concerts, and other events. It has been an exciting journey so far!

The product of all these experiences is a style of massage that I can call my own. I like to work deep while including Thai style stretching and specific Trigger Point Therapy with joint movement. All bodies are similar, but every body is different. My goal with each session is to tune in to what my client needs at that moment and assist a positive change in their body that they can really feel.

I currently reside in Portland, and am thrilled to be a part of the Dr. Dot Team! I look forward to working with you!

24 hour massage service Denver, Colorado

Book me: info@drdot.com and write: "Heather/Denver" in subject line πŸ™‚

Hi there! I'm Heather and I have been providing therapeutic massage services since graduating from The Healing Arts Institute here in Colorado in 1997. After graduating, I immediately took a position providing rehabilitation therapy in a pain management clinic. I worked with motor vehicle accident victims, burn victims, people who had been injured on the job and people with long-term debilitating illnesses such as MS and cancer. This laid the foundation for my passion for providing impactful therapy to everyone I lay my hands on … which has been quite a few people. I struck out on my own, building a thriving practice as a Preferred Provider for Medical Doctors, Acupuncturists, Chiropractic Doctors, Physical Therapists and other health professionals that referred their patients to me for rehabilitation.

Inspiration brought me to the Denver metro area in 2005. I expanded my practice to include providing high level services to visiting performing artists and senior level executives as well as working with local charitable organizations. I count many of the high level classical and contemporary musicians and physical artists that travel through Denver as not only my clients, but my long time friends. I have found that the only way to facilitate health and wellness is to get to know my client and tailor my tools to their needs. Yes, I do intense, therapeutic work – but my clients love that I can get results without beating them up. I could list the many therapies I practice with, but it all comes down to bringing the right tools to bear at the right time and working in harmony with the signals your body is sending. And you will be different each time you are worked on … what worked last week may not be effective today. Your therapist should be responsive to those variations and only use what your body is calling for in the moment, rather than the latest fad move.

My large family (seriously – it's huge!) includes my two beautiful dogs, Oki and Sascha and we enjoy all the cultural events in Denver. We go from the First Friday Art Walk, to symphony on Saturday to tubing Boulder Creek on Sunday. Our boys are active football / wrestling / rugby players, and our girls are fanatic about softball and cross country. Believe me, my work is not done when I get home … they all line up for their hands on time. Every chance I get, I take my motorcycle through the canyons and valleys around Denver – there is nothing better to empty your mind and replenish your soul than the open road and no maps!

I'm proud and honored to provide therapy through Dr. Dot – she only hires the best and we work hard to make sure you get 7 Star Service every time. I look forward to working with you as we uncover the perfect balance of tools for your health.

24 hour massage service Portland, Oregon

Book me: info@drdot.com and write: “Donna/Oregon” in subject line πŸ™‚

I am a therapist and healer dedicated to being a life-long learner in order to build my skills in order to best serve my family, clients, and community. I have been a licensed practicing massage therapist for over 14 years starting my career in Houston, TX though I gave my first foot massage when I was around 3 years old.

During my first years of massage I also gained placement in a competitive program for physical therapy assistant in order to expand my core knowledge of kinesiology, anatomy and physiology needed to be an adept deep tissue rehabilitation focused therapist. Around this time I also started my commitment to volunteering giving time regularly to non-profits providing advocacy and support for women and children. While in Texas I mostly worked in large health clubs with a focus on deep tissue, trigger point, myo-fascial release, and professional athletes.

Throughout this experience my thirst for knowledge led me to finish my undergraduate degree in public health education which led me to Oregon. Once I moved to Oregon I began cultivating more Eastern/ Energy techniques gaining my level 1 Reiki, studying Zen Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Qigong.

This addition greatly expanded my ability to promote positive outcomes in my clients and helped fully round out my current style of practice. While completing my degree at Portland State University I started my work in the Spa world. This experience really helped me hone all types of sensory modalities and environmental changes that best promote not only the best massage experience possible but that carry on your results for hours if not days longer.

This is also where I learned to use hot stones for massage as well as learning the art and science of making my own body scrubs, masks, lotions, and therapeutic salts. All of our senses must be nurtured in order to promote maximum relaxation and renewal.

I am currently completing my graduate degree in occupational therapy which allows me a greater perspective on healthy habits and routines to best facilitate healthy long term outcomes. Over the last 14 years my sense of humor, strong work ethic and dedication to best serving my diverse clientele has helped me to build a successful sustainable practice.

I have also taken classes and built skills in pre-natal massage, massage for labor and delivery, aromatherapy, as well as reflexology. I enjoy bringing relaxation and balance to my client’s lives while helping them build sustainable holistic health practices.

Throughout my career I have maintained the highest level of discretion and confidentiality providing not only great massages but also peace of mind. I look forward to sharing my special style of massage with you in the future.
