Hello, my name is Matthias. I am a massage therapist and a “Certified Rolfer”. My home is between Munich and Nuremberg. I learned massage therapy at the “Sebastian Kneipp” school in Bad Wörishofen which I finished in the year 2004. The classic massage being too superficial for me, I searched for a technique to go more deeper under the skin. So in 2007 “Rolfing” came into my life and I had found what I was looking for. This is the most intensive technique to give a new structure to the body and frees the body down to the deepest fascial layer. You can feel this touch through your body core.
My deep tissue massage is a combination between Swedish massage and the high quality touch of “Rolfing”. Rolfing is an interesting and also important bodywork for singers /bands, actors and people who practice professional sports. It brings your body in a new midline, makes you free from too much tension and your complete human system works with a new, efficient and amazing energy.
